Standard Items
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us to start a return and we will provide instructions and a return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Large or Oversized Items
For large items such as resin-wood art chairs, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be inspected upon arrival for shipping damage. Return shipping costs for large items are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please photograph any damage immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.
